Hekima ReviewAbstract
This year Hekima College has been able to host once again an Ecumenical Symposium. It is the third Ecumenical Symposium hosted by Hekima in the eleven-year history of the school. The first took place during the 1990-91 academic Year with students from St. Paul's Theological Seminary (Limum) and addressed the topic of "The Church and Social Justice". The second took place 23 February 1994 with students from East Africa School of Theology (Nairobi) and focused on the topic of "Salvation in our World". This year's
Ecumenical Symposium was conducted jointly with Nairobi Evangelical Graduate School of Theology on 22 February 1995 and the topic was "The Role of the Bible in the Christian Life". Important for us at Hekima College is not that we have been able to host these events, but rather that ecumenical activities are becoming a regular feature of our academic program.
