Inclusive Language: Why the Fuss?

Abstract

What can we say about the issue of inclusive language in our church today and here in our Jesuit Province of Zambia-Malawi? In this article, I want to share my own reflections on the justice of the issue and offer some suggestions that might make the use of inclusive language more acceptable, easier, and the expected rule in ordinary circumstances.
