Abstract

1995: A new year with a lot of unknowns is just before us. The unknown can b'e as exciting in its uncertainties as it is in its challenges and promises. It makes possible· new hopes, new dreams. Dreams of improvement in not only personal and moral conditions. but also in socioeconomic conditions. Let i.Js take some examples.
