Believe in Yourself
Keywords:
BelieveAbstract
Believe in yourself, because if you don’t,
You will be the General’s blue-eyed boy,
A carbon copy of the ordinary,
Fearful of the road less travelled,
Petrified at the sight of ingenuity,
Allergic to criticism,
Lukewarm to intellectual discourse,
Skeptic to untested ventures,
Opting for the status-quo instead,
Currying favour at the expense of integrity,
Always dodging an imaginary backlash,
With “thinking” twisted upside down,
Believe in yourself!
