Applied Ethics in a World Church , The Padua Conference

Abstract

Attempting a review of thirty articles collected in this book is a daunting task. This is because the issues discussed are so varied that one can hardly find a vantage point to search for what holds them together. One point of view is to state the obvious: all the papers are part of the conference in Applied Ethics in Padua. And as such, the organizer of the conference might have seen a unity in the papers accepted and talked about. Another possible unity is to look at the themes of the various topics.
