Abstract

Globalization wears many faces in our age and a prominent one is migration. Migration has come to stay with us and persons move for several reasons sometimes for economic motives in search of a promised land, other times, persons are forced to move for safety and security reasons. These movements put the migrants in a difficult state of in-between as they transit from a country or a place to another. e long different phases of migrants’ transitions give birth to numerous lessons and has spiritual and theological significance for us today. e migrants’ in-between state is arguably a locus for love and hope and offers a rich reflection for a theology and spirituality of hope and of pilgrimage (in-between).
