In his book Anatomy of Inculturation, Laurenti Magesa attempts to “correlate critically the religiosity original to the African peoples with the Christian forms of spirituality they have received [...] ever since the missionary movement introduced Christianity to the continent”(15). He offers a window through which to understand the process of inculturation.
