Abstract

Anyone who is attentive to our modern world might realize that unjust systems, ideologies and structures are oppressing God’s people in so far as human misbehaviors and perversities contradict the love of God for his creatures. The world in which Christians are living is held captive by tremendous paradox. Though people seem to be aware of the full basic equality and human dignity of all, the paradox lies in the fact that the forces of division, dehumanization and antagonism are increasing in strength. There is injustice, tribalism, corruption and abuse of power. This makes poor people miserable more than ever, whereas the rich become more and more powerful.
