Ecumenism: Where Do we Stand Today?

Abstract

Ecumenism concerned with seeking the unity of all Christians in the one church of Jesus Christ. We know that no definition or description of the church can do justice to the mystery of its being or describe it fully, since the church is a people made one in the unfathomable mystery of the unity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. but even if the church is a mystery, we can state its mission without ambiguity.
