The Relevance of African Liberation Theology.

Abstract

In this essay I will be dealing with one main trend of African theology of liberation. This is African Liberation Theology. Other major trends are the South African Black Theology and the African Feminist Theology. There has been theological debate over which trend of liberation theology is most relevant to Africa. I shall present some of the controversies that have been going on and then give my personal resolution to the crisis. I will then focus the essay on the relevance of African Liberation Theology, which has a broader relevance to Africa.
